I'm looking for a customer success or account management role where I can manage client relationships, solve complex issues proactively, use data to improve retention, and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

At Fisher Investments, I manage high-volume client evaluation cases and previously handled daily client interactions in fluent English, resolving complex inquiries and translating financial information into clear, tailored guidance. I designed a checklist-based training methodology that reduced errors and improved consistency, later earning department-wide adoption.
