I’m looking for a Customer Success / CRM implementation role where I can partner with B2B clients, configure pipelines, automate workflows, train users, and continuously improve onboarding, retention, and operational efficiency in a growth-focused SaaS team.

I’m a Customer Success & CRM Implementation Specialist focused on maximizing platform value for B2B clients in SaaS environments.
