What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run end-to-end talent and onboarding processes, build training and learning resources, and keep improving workflows using HR systems and data.

I’ve supported recruiting, onboarding, and operations coordination across roles from Empresas Polar and Magenta Talent to an employment law firm in California. I’ve handled candidate intake and first-point-of-contact screening, built and maintained CRMs/ATS profiles, and kept client and candidate communications organized across email, SMS, and phone.

At Empresas Polar, I researched and architected a company-wide Competency Model for 14,000 collaborators across 8 countries, supported the 'Semilleros' Internship Program for 150+ interns, and proposed workflows that reduced hiring time. I also developed 10+ digital learning resources for the Universidad Empresas Polar platform using HTML5 for Moodle, Genially, and Canva.

Earlier, I coordinated day-to-day operations at Sussman Education by pulling inventory and order data from NetSuite and Salesforce, managing sales processes end to end, and advising clients on product selections. I also created training and instructional materials as an English teacher, adapting lessons for different learning styles and special education needs.
