At Cincinnati VA Medical Center, I coordinate complex scheduling for specialty Neurology clinics, helping Veterans access timely care. I support the Headache Center of Excellence and Neurology Service by coordinating appointments, consults, and follow-up care.

I manage provider templates and clinic schedules, review consults and referrals, and monitor clinic utilization and scheduling accuracy. I also help improve communication between providers and patients and support clinic productivity and access-to-care standards.

I use CPRS, VistA, ISS, and EHRM to support patient records and clinic operations, and I train and assist staff on scheduling procedures and workflow. I'm seeking to leverage my administrative and operational expertise in an Administrative Officer position within Dental Service.
