What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support efficient, patient-centered healthcare operations through EMR coordination, documentation management, scheduling, provider support, and HIPAA-compliant administrative workflows.

At Metro Denver Pain Management, I coordinate scheduling, referrals, prior authorizations, insurance verification, and provider communication for a multi-provider pain management practice. I use eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate electronic medical records and support HIPAA-compliant clinical workflows.

I've also provided compassionate patient-centered care at Home Instead and managed daily operations, scheduling support, inventory, and customer service at CVS Pharmacy.

My Army Reserve and United States Army experience strengthened my ability to manage confidential records, coordinate administrative operations, mentor others, and support leadership in fast-paced environments. I bring healthcare administration, military leadership, and technical training in computer networks and cybersecurity to organized, reliable operational support.
