I've led high-volume Starbucks shifts, deploying teams of 3–7 baristas, managing cash accountability for $5k–$7k in daily sales, and resolving customer escalations under pressure.

At Albertsons, I supervised frozen inventory, ordering, merchandising, compliance paperwork, receiving, and store operations as a key holder. I was promoted from overnight stocker to Frozen Supervisor and later supported grocery management across multiple departments.

I've also trained new hires as a Starbucks Barista Trainer, coached partners in the moment, and built dependable processes around inventory, safety, service, and operational readiness.

I'm bringing an Associate of Applied Science in Cyber Security Technology into IT support work, with hands-on academic training in Windows and Linux administration, Active Directory, networking, hardware troubleshooting, virtualization, scripting, vulnerability scanning, and digital forensics.
