What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or U.S. Eastern Time-aligned hospitality or short-term rental operations role where I can lead teams, improve guest experience, coordinate vendors and solve high-volume operational challenges.

I managed three accommodation properties totaling approximately 110 rooms during Maha Kumbh 2025, overseeing reservations, room allocation, guest communication, housekeeping, maintenance, meals, transport and vendors in a near-24/7 environment.

Through Sadguru Cottage and partner properties, I handled urgent cleaning and repairs, guest relocations, backup resources, complaints and emergencies while maintaining service quality and strong revenue performance. I also managed restaurant operations at The Origin Dhaba and Rangmahal.

My background spans remote team coordination, multi-location operations, sales, project delivery, reporting and cost control. I've led teams and customer-facing operations across technology, retail, solar projects, events and hospitality.
