I’m a results-driven business management graduate from Cardiff University with a strong focus on hospitality, brand strategy, and experiential marketing. Growing up around a family-owned resort in Jim Corbett shaped how I think about guest experience—what guests feel, remember, and share.

In my current Property & Operations Manager / Brand Strategy Consultant role at The Retreat Collection (Jim Corbett), I manage day-to-day operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and guest services. I coordinate weddings, large group bookings, and corporate events end-to-end—from initial inquiry through on-ground execution—while overseeing vendor relationships, procurement, and resource allocation.

I also lead strategic market work: competitive analysis and market research, plus brand positioning that differentiates properties within a unified “campus” concept. I developed Instagram and marketing strategy for both properties upon launch of Vatvriksh in 2026, and created revenue-generating packages including destination weddings, eco-luxury retreats, entrepreneur programmes, kids summer camp, FIT activities, and family getaways.
