I’m looking for a remote role in customer service or technical support where I can troubleshoot confidently, handle inbound calls, resolve billing and account issues, and support customers with clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer service and technical support professional with several years of experience working in remote environments. I’m known for troubleshooting technical issues, handling high call volumes, and resolving billing concerns while delivering exceptional support.

Most recently, I provide technical support for alarm system customers at ADT, troubleshooting equipment and service issues, assisting with installation and setup, and documenting customer interactions and resolutions. Before that, I supported Medicare customers at IES Communications by handling account inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer issues.
