What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or hybrid role where I can support customers, drive sales outreach, manage CRM activity, conduct market research, and contribute strong administrative and communication skills.

I've supported customer service, survey research, and CRM reporting at RightCom, conducting outbound feedback calls, resolving customer queries, and collecting market insights.

At Pinnacle Middle East, I handled B2B cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, appointment setting, and CRM management in a remote contract role. I also provided remote sales and customer care support at Unateus, assisting with complaints, account queries, records, and reports.
