I’m a customer experience specialist with over 5 years of experience in customer support, service, and success, focused on relationship building and CRM. I help customers through phone, email, and chat while improving speed, accuracy, and satisfaction.

In recent roles, I’ve reduced average resolution time by 30%, documented customer interactions in the company database, and supported over 3,000 customers.
