I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Maseno University, where I have honed my skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of technology, which I am eager to apply in a professional setting.

During my attachment at the Nakuru ICT Department, I gained hands-on experience in configuring VoIP phones, wireless access points, and providing end-user support. I actively participated in the maintenance and support of ICT systems, which allowed me to develop my technical skills and enhance my ability to work collaboratively within a team. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in environments that challenge me to grow and learn.

My interests extend beyond technology; I enjoy reading about customer service and personal development, volunteering in community events, and engaging in activities that promote a positive mindset.
