What I'm looking for

I'm seeking guidance and mentorship to strengthen my IT skills, expand my knowledge, and contribute to technical support, systems, networking, software implementation, and emerging technology work.

I've supported corporate software and day-to-day IT operations at Absa Bank Kenya PLC, including system setup, email handling, network services, computer support, and application installation.

At Capacity Spring Africa, I provided technical support for internal and client IT systems, helped implement software solutions, resolved complex IT issues, and developed a website to expand the firm’s brand presence.

I've also coordinated cold-chain sample referrals for Keshi Limited, managing temperature-controlled transport, courier routes, equipment inventory, and staff training on compliant packaging and documentation.

I'm an Information Technology graduate with hands-on skills in Java, HTML, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, IT support, system management, and database management. I value continuous learning, mentorship, and emerging technology trends.
