What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role where I can apply web development and IT support skills, work collaboratively in a customer-focused environment, and continue learning network and cybersecurity technologies.

I am a resourceful and detail-oriented Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, customer service, and web development. I have built full-stack projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL, and I design user-focused interfaces that work across devices.

In client-facing roles I conveyed information clearly, practiced active listening, and used CRM tools to resolve issues efficiently; I was also selected as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues and complex cases. My internships and certifications (Cisco: Switching, Routing & Wireless Essentials; Network Security; Cybersecurity Essentials) strengthened my troubleshooting, monitoring, and network fundamentals.

I seek to apply both technical and interpersonal skills to improve system operations and customer satisfaction while continuing to grow as a developer and IT professional.
