At TELONE, I handle inbound customer enquiries about internet connectivity, billing, service upgrades and accounts. I record interactions in CRM and customer-management systems and follow up on issues when needed.

I help resolve complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating specialised issues to the appropriate support teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience. I also share recurring customer concerns to support service improvement.

Previously, I assisted customers with purchases and POS transactions as a Sales Clerk at VICTORIA FOODS, and managed customer visits, orders and records as a Van Salesman at AGRIFOODS PVT LTD. I hold a National Diploma in Information Technology and a Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation, and I’m open to remote work.
