I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive new-logo revenue and manage delivery alignment across IT staffing, SOW, managed services, and turnkey solutions—partnering with recruiting and operations to win profitable, executive-level deals.

I’m a sales leader across IT staffing, managed services, and turnkey solutions, with a proven ability to build new-logo revenue and expand strategic accounts. I turn client needs into staffing, SOW, managed service, and turnkey delivery wins by staying disciplined on pricing, gross margin, and territory planning.

In my most recent role, I’ve opened 21 new logo accounts by combining market expertise with disciplined recruiting execution. I serve as a go-to resource across sales and recruiting—mentoring on intake guidance, search strategy, and delivery judgment—so deals progress with stronger pipeline quality and conversion.

I’ve led executive pursuits across staffing, SOW, and consulting by partnering with recruiting, delivery, and leadership on solution design, pricing, and client strategy. Previously, as a Managing Director, I led sales, recruiting, and operations while carrying full responsibility for a $26M P&L across a 16-person team.

My background also spans front-line selling and delivery: I’ve sold and managed managed service engagements, built software and application delivery initiatives, and driven onboarding and fulfillment alignment on scope, speed, quality, and client expectations. Whether it’s building a market from scratch or scaling service delivery programs, I bring a consistent focus on execution, accountability, and profitable growth.
