I've spent the last four years building a career at the intersection of talent acquisition, executive support, and customer experience work that's taught me how to move fast without cutting corners on quality.

My path into recruiting started with full-cycle work for US and UK-based startups and SMEs at Domnico Technologies, where I managed hiring across a wide mix of functions IT, construction, education, admin and customer support. Over three years there, I built and maintained a pipeline of 200+ pre-screened candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and X-Ray sourcing, closed 50+ roles at a 90% fill rate and cut time-to-fill by 30% through more structured, repeatable sourcing workflows. I've worked hands on across eight different ATS platforms: Workable, Manatal, Zoho Recruit, Lever, Greenhouse, JazzHR, BambooHR and BreezyHR because client needs shift constantly and I've learned to adapt to a new system quickly rather than needing weeks of ramp up.

Alongside recruiting, I supported C-suite executives with calendar management, inbox triage and confidential correspondence and ran high volume customer support (50–70+ daily inquiries) with a 95% satisfaction rate. That combination has sharpened something I care about a lot: candidate experience shouldn't suffer just because volume is high. I built my sourcing process to keep response times fast and communication warm even when I'm managing dozens of open roles at once.

I also spent time as a part-time recruitment and sourcing consultant for UK based clients, building a database of 100+ pre-vetted candidates for administrative and caregiving roles work that taught me how different every hiring context is, even within similar role types.

What I'm looking for now is a long term remote role where I can keep deepening my recruiting craft ideally somewhere with real training and mentorship, so I can grow from high volume generalist recruiting into more specialized or technical sourcing over time. I'm especially interested in roles that let me work closely with hiring managers, not just fill requisitions.

Outside of work, I'm based in Nairobi with a fully equipped home office high speed internet, backup power and a quiet dedicated workspace so remote work isn't a workaround for me, it's genuinely how I operate best. I'm flexible across US, UK, and global time zones and available to start immediately.
