I’m looking for a role where I can own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for tech talent, build strong pipelines, and use AI/process automation to streamline hiring—while collaborating closely to improve candidate experience and grow scalable systems.

I’m a recruiter and talent sourcing specialist with over six years of experience in the remote work industry, specializing in IT recruitment and talent sourcing. I combine full-cycle hiring with AI process automation and integrations, helping teams move faster while improving quality.

I develop recruitment campaigns and build pipelines for regular and difficult-to-hire roles, handling everything from JD evaluations and position briefs to advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, tests, interviewing, reference/background checks, and contracting.
