At OneSource, I build candidate pipelines, screen talent, and coordinate approximately 10 interviews a day across 8–12 concurrent requisitions in multiple US markets and time zones.
I've supported 17 full-cycle placements in a three-month stretch while owning candidate communications, panel logistics, scheduling changes, and accurate Crelate records. I partner directly with hiring managers to align requirements, compensation, and ideal-candidate profiles before searches launch.
Previously at Agri Flora Solutions, I ran full-cycle recruitment, maintained audit-ready HRIS records, produced monthly HR reports, and improved recurring HRIS workflows.
