I’m a bilingual Business Administrator who builds growth through SaaS consultative sales, account management, and clear communication. I’m known for working under pressure and organizing processes so clients get faster, better support while we unlock new revenue opportunities.
Most recently, as Head of Business Development & Vendor Management, I’m leading Jelt’s expansion in the US with a strong focus on Florida. I build and close strategic healthcare supplier partnerships, source and onboard distributors/manufacturers, and support go-to-market execution through product validation, catalog structuring, and negotiations that consider FDA compliance and logistics capabilities.
Before that, I managed ~200 dealerships across the US and Canada as an Account Manager in an automotive SaaS ecosystem. I standardized onboarding, implemented bi-weekly follow-ups, improved retention via product demos and clear explanations for non-technical users, and executed cold sales and upselling to expand platform usage. Earlier roles also strengthened my commercialization and operations mindset through national medical supplies work and multi-city entrepreneurship.
