What I'm looking for
I’m an administrative, operations, and customer support professional with over six years of experience across retail, education, and e-commerce environments. I focus on resolving customer issues professionally, building strong customer relationships, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
As a Store Manager, I manage daily store operations independently and coordinate approximately 50–100 customer orders weekly from confirmation to dispatch. I respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, and in-store support, while also processing and coordinating incoming cargo and pre-order fulfilment.
I maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and sales records using Microsoft Excel, ensuring organized records and operational clarity. I also create product content and manage updates across Instagram, WhatsApp Status, and the company website, contributing to increased sales through customer engagement and digital marketing efforts.
Previously, I worked as a Sales Representative/Cashier—handling payment processing, maintaining an accurate cash drawer with daily reconciliation, and preparing end-of-day sales reports. Earlier, I served as an Administrative Supervisor, supervising daily operations, preparing and reviewing documents with accuracy, and supporting efficient service delivery. I’m also currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science, bringing an analytical mindset to how I support customers, teams, and operations.
