I’m looking to transition into a Customer Success role where I can use CRM-driven relationship management, proactive follow-ups, and problem-solving to improve retention, satisfaction, and growth—while partnering closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

I’m a results-driven, client-facing professional with 1.5+ years of experience managing high-volume customer interactions, CRM pipelines, and end-to-end coordination across real estate and healthcare. I handle 80–150 customer touchpoints daily while keeping relationships strong through clear communication, follow-ups, and fast resolution.

In pre-sales roles, I managed 80–90 inbound and outbound leads daily via calls and WhatsApp, qualified prospects based on budget and intent, and maintained a structured pipeline using Paramantra CRM. I coordinated 25+ site visits monthly, served as the single point of contact between clients and senior teams, and tracked the full journey from first contact to visit completion to prevent drop-offs.

Before that, as a Patient Coordinator (OPD), I managed end-to-end patient scheduling and complaint handling in a high-footfall setting, maintained accurate patient records, and escalated issues with internal clinical and admin teams.
