What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Customer Success role where I can own the client lifecycle—email/chat support, CRM documentation, and issue resolution—while coordinating cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery for clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 8+ years of experience in business development and client relationship management across fast-paced tech and services organizations. I manage the complete client lifecycle—from enquiry handling and requirement discussions to ongoing support, issue resolution, and CRM-based documentation.

I act as the primary point of contact for international clients, communicating over email, chat, and virtual meetings to ensure timely resolution of queries. I coordinate cross-functionally with product and technical teams to troubleshoot client issues and support smooth service delivery within SLA timelines.

I’m hands-on with HubSpot CRM, Asana, and Trello, and I’m currently pursuing HubSpot Service Hub Certification. I build long-term relationships through responsive, customer-centric communication, and I strengthen client experience by maintaining accurate CRM records, producing documentation and status reports, and driving process improvement.
