I’m a highly organized healthcare professional with 13+ years in healthcare administration, patient access, customer service, and financial operations. I’m known for registering 80–100 patients daily in fast-paced urgent care settings while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional patient service.

I handle eligibility and benefits verification across multiple insurance types, including Medicare and Medicaid, and I support the financial side of care through copay, deductible, and outstanding balance collection. I also coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments to keep patient flow moving smoothly.
