What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead Workday/HRIS testing and UAT, manage program or project delivery, and use data analysis to improve HR processes—partnering with stakeholders to exceed client expectations.

I’m a highly qualified, organized IT professional with 15+ years of experience across the healthcare and manufacturing industries, including 7+ years of HRIS implementation projects. I focus on Quality Assurance and software testing for web-based and mobile applications, with deep ownership of Workday HCM and related HR business processes.

In my current role as a Program manager (Workday/ATS), I manage high-performance teams across UAT and lead tester activities through Workday R1/R2 biannual releases, driving regression, E2E, and ad-hoc testing. I also collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, integrations (including inbound and outbound EIB), incident/risk resolution, and I create training curricula that close skill gaps—while maintaining compliance through meticulous audit participation and documentation.
