What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise HR programs and Workday initiatives where I can build governance, improve employee and leader experiences, and partner across HR, Finance, Operations, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.

I've led enterprise HR programs and Workday transformations at KinderCare Learning Companies, including a $20M ERP implementation across 3,900 locations and 43,000 employees, delivered on time and under budget. I now oversee people-related programs for field HR, acquisitions, consolidations, and realignments.

Previously at Highmark Health, I built an HR PMO, led project and HR systems teams, and improved prioritization, governance, Workday processes, and production support. My work connects HR, Finance, Operations, and technology teams to turn complex initiatives into sustainable operating models.
