I’m looking to bring that "people-first, process-always" mindset to a remote team. I’m at my best when I’m using Agile and Lean methodologies to help a company grow without losing its culture or its compliance.

I am a Strategic Operations Manager who builds high-performance cultures and leaders where others cannot. My focus is on changing hearts and minds to drive the business forward, evidenced by my tenure at DISH Network where I promoted more individuals into leadership ranks than any other Operations Leader in the organization. I do not just manage a roster; I redefine roles and encourage my team to excel in positions that I specifically tailored to improve how my office was led.

My approach to operations is people-first because I know that a team that feels supported will always outperform the competition. This was evident when I redefined the Warehouse operations at DISH, shifting the entire focus onto the employees running the department and transforming its value to the company.
