I am a people-first leader and operations strategist with nearly a decade of experience aligning frontline execution with high-level business goals. At T-Mobile I orchestrated call center operations, led technical troubleshooting efforts, and managed the full talent lifecycle from recruitment through long-term mentorship, while serving as the lead for customer de-escalation and community initiatives. Previously, as a General Manager and FOH Manager, I directed store operations, inventory and payroll, analyzed P&L, and delivered consistent guest experience excellence.
