What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience across hospitality and customer support roles. I’ve trained in fast-paced service environments, then moved into customer-facing work where I prioritize clear communication, empathy, and quick, accurate resolutions.
In hospitality, I worked as a Commis chef trainee, supporting food preparation while following “kitchen hygiene & food health and safety.” I also managed work areas like the buffet station and hot & cold sections, and contributed to service readiness through restocking, stock rotation, and cleaning stations.
