What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or contact centre role where I can resolve customer queries, meet service and quality targets, use CRM systems accurately, and continue developing my communication and counselling skills.

I've handled high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls at Teleperformance and Capita's Old Mutual site, resolving account queries, complaints, and financial product enquiries professionally.

I consistently work to KPIs, service-level agreements, quality standards, and escalation procedures while accurately maintaining customer information in CRM systems. I bring calm telephone etiquette, clear communication, and a solution-driven approach to every customer interaction.

My customer-facing experience also includes fast-paced retail service at KFC and front-of-house hospitality support at Butter Bistro, where I managed orders, complaints, upselling, and multiple customer needs.

I'm currently completing a Diploma in Counselling and Communication Skills for Education, strengthening the communication and interpersonal skills I use to support customers and teams.
