I seek a customer-focused role in hospitality or client services with a collaborative culture where I can mentor teams, resolve complex customer issues, and improve processes to raise satisfaction and efficiency.

I am a customer service professional passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring clients gain maximum value from the products and services I support.
