What I'm looking for

I seek a programmatic role where I can lead mental health counseling and support, HIV and GBV interventions, build community capacity, and use M&E to drive sustained impact.

I am an empathetic, results-oriented development professional with a BA (Hons) in Development Studies and extensive field experience in program management, monitoring & evaluation, and livelihoods programming. I specialize in economic strengthening, DREAMS programming, HIV-sensitive case management, and GBV prevention and response.

I have successfully planned and implemented district-level economic strengthening activities, coordinated multi-stakeholder partnerships, and supported community-based facilitators to mobilize and mentor vulnerable groups including YWSS, AGYW and children living with HIV. I bring strong skills in proposal writing, reporting, data management (DHIS2, DATIM, ODK), and training facilitation.

I am motivated by compassion and driven to improve mental, physical and emotional health outcomes through evidence-based interventions, quality assurance, and capacity building of community structures to ensure sustainable impact.
