At World Vision Zimbabwe, I supported implementation of the IGATE (Improving Gender Attitudes, Transition and Education outcomes) project and related community development activities. I coordinated with community facilitators and stakeholders on participant selection, project activities and implementation follow-up.
I enrolled and followed up with 100+ out-of-school learners participating in vocational skills training, providing ongoing communication and support. I monitored activities against approved work plans and budgets, tracked schedules and deadlines, and communicated potential risks and delays to the project coordinator.
I also prepared activity and programme reports and supported monitoring and evaluation, community mobilization, and school programmes. My skills include virtual and administrative assistance, project support, lead generation, and digital tools for remote collaboration.
