At National AIDS Council, I coordinated the field rollout of Brotha2Brotha, CATS, and Peer-Led community programs under supervision of the District AIDS Coordinator.

I conducted Expenditure Beneficiary Analysis to assess project success and cost-effectiveness against allocated budgets, and monitored sites for Core Output Indicators and program compliance.

I consolidated and cleaned partner data in MS Excel, captured monitoring data in DHIS2, and prepared reports and progress updates for senior management and coordination meetings.

With Plan International, I co-authored the Zimbabwe Country Strategy Plan (2025–2029) as a youth strategic advisor, bringing youth priorities around health access, gender equality, and civic participation into the strategy.
