I’m a Gender and Development specialist with more than 5 years of experience leading and participating in grant funded community livelihoods programming, with a strong focus on inclusive and community resilience in the NGO sector.

I bring grant making oversight, monitoring and evaluation systems, and gender responsive programming together into cohesive, results driven strategies—especially strengthening accountability systems centred on youth and disability inclusion and advancing survivor centred approaches to development.

In my district-level coordinator role, I provide strategic leadership for multi-stakeholder resilience and livelihoods initiatives: drafting donor proposals and strategic narratives, reviewing partner submissions for compliance and impact alignment, and using data-driven decision-making to support adaptive management.

I also oversee qualitative and quantitative data collection (FGDs, interviews, surveys), manage project database systems and indicator tracking, and structure community feedback mechanisms to improve learning loops and delivery quality—mainstreaming gender, youth, and disability inclusion throughout the project life cycle.
