What I'm looking for

I seek a structured M&E traineeship where I can apply Excel-based analysis, support evidence-based programming, and grow technical skills while contributing to impactful public health initiatives.

I am a dedicated community development practitioner with hands-on experience supporting national public health initiatives. I have applied strong data collection and Microsoft Excel analysis skills to produce monthly and annual monitoring reports, inform strategic planning, and improve program delivery through evidence-based recommendations.

I have worked in HIV/AIDS and Child Care units, coordinating community health workers, facilitating inclusive public forums, and conducting supervisory evaluations that led to revised resource allocation and improved implementation. I seek a structured traineeship in Monitoring and Evaluation to further develop technical expertise and contribute to impactful public health programs.
