I’m looking for a role that lets me lead strategic partnerships and business development in healthcare, own commercial negotiations, and shape scalable growth models with cross-functional teams in fast-moving markets.

With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in business development, strategic partnerships, and healthcare commercialization across multinational organizations. I’m passionate about developing scalable business models, leading complex commercial negotiations, and driving strategic growth initiatives in dynamic markets.

As a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development, I lead regional partnership and business development initiatives across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar. I drive commercial opportunities for pharmaceutical companies and support cross-market expansion, commercialization strategy, and partnership development—backed by winning a USD 50 million Vaccine business opportunity through strategic proposal development and partnership support.

Prior to that, I served as a Business Development Manager, leading strategic projects and commercial negotiations for healthcare clients. I develop and negotiate commercial models (Distribution, Agency, CSMO, and FIE), manage RFQs/RFPs/pricing strategy, and coordinate Finance, Legal, QA, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated business solutions—while supporting commercial development and integration of USD 100 million ETC and OTC pharmaceutical businesses during 2023–2025.

Earlier in my career, I supported high-impact growth by preparing proposals, executive presentations, and financial analysis, while strengthening contract management and business planning. I supported winning and integration of a USD 25 million Oncology business (2021) and a USD 10 million Medical Devices business (2019), and I also bring a finance foundation from FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reviews supported by SAP and Power BI.
