I build commercial partnerships at Sacombank, sourcing strategic partners, creating business cases and carrying agreements from pipeline through launch.

I currently manage seven active partnerships, including VinFast, Isuzu Vietnam, Daikin Vietnam, Kyodo Sojitz Vietnam, Tongwei Vietnam, New Hope Vietnam and Evergreen Vietnam. I coordinate Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product and IT on cooperation agreements, co-marketing plans and service commitments.

Before partnership development, I managed 12 corporate and SME clients with approximately VND 160 billion in credit exposure. I structured lending, trade finance, FX and cash-management solutions, while exceeding loan growth, CASA and fee-income targets by 10–15% and keeping NPL within 3%.

My earlier experience spans retail banking, export manufacturing and e-commerce. I bring hands-on credit analysis, negotiation, client relationship management, production planning and English-Vietnamese business communication.
