I seek hands-on technical support or hardware roles in mission-driven organizations where I can apply biometric, field-deployment, and root-cause analysis skills while advancing operational reliability.

I am an IT professional with 12+ years of experience across hardware support, help desk operations, and on-site technical implementation. I combine hands-on repair skills with ticketing and incident management to restore systems quickly and reliably.

In my recent role as Help Desk Technical Support IV at a large defense contractor, I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, network, and access issues while analyzing biometric data submissions and maintaining tracking databases. I consistently identify recurring issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.

Previously I led hardware teams as a Senior Hardware Technician, created SOPs for equipment replacement and repair, supervised technicians, and managed inventory and SAP transfers for field deployments to federal sites. I have extensive experience with printers, biometric scanners, and field equipment lifecycle decisions.
