What I'm looking for
I am an IT professional with 12+ years of experience across hardware support, help desk operations, and on-site technical implementation. I combine hands-on repair skills with ticketing and incident management to restore systems quickly and reliably.
In my recent role as Help Desk Technical Support IV at a large defense contractor, I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, network, and access issues while analyzing biometric data submissions and maintaining tracking databases. I consistently identify recurring issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
