I seek roles where I can coach and scale agile teams, apply data-driven delivery metrics, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive measurable improvement in predictability and throughput.

I am a Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Data Scientist with deep experience in industrial production, software development and digital products. I blend corporate and manufacturing process knowledge with modern software and transformation projects.

I accompany teams and organizations in introducing and scaling agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) while applying data-driven control using Power BI, Python and machine learning to increase transparency and predictability.

I have held long-term positions at Procter & Gamble, Mercedes‑Benz and Siemens Energy and have coached, mentored and led multiple teams and ARTs across domains including SAP, engineering and software development.

My key achievements include increasing team velocity, implementing flow-based metrics and dashboards, designing quality gates and enabling measurable delivery improvements while maintaining SAFe compatibility for scaling.
