I'm looking for a remote role where I can support business operations, manage customer communication and administrative tasks, use modern collaboration tools, and help improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency.

I've supported hospitality operations at Grey Lounge and 4Guys Restaurant, improving customer experiences, coordinating teams, and keeping busy daily operations organized.

As Operations Manager at Grey Lounge, I supervised business operations, staff schedules, customer service standards, inventory, procurement, reporting, and special events. I improved workflow efficiency, resolved customer concerns professionally, and helped strengthen customer retention through relationship management.

I'm currently a Volunteer Virtual Assistant with Play Network Studios, providing remote administrative support across departments.
