I’m looking for a role where I can own client intake and eligibility screening, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure compliance through accurate records and clear coordination—ideally where I can use my HR and training background to improve service outcomes.

I’m an administrative and client services professional with 10+ years of experience across customer service, human resources, intake coordination, government programs, and office administration. I’m recognized for client intake, records management, compliance, and coordination of services—while keeping communication clear and professional.

Most recently, I served as a Client Intake Coordinator for the City of Monroe Planning & Urban Development, where I acted as the primary point of contact for residents seeking housing rehabilitation and community development assistance programs. I conducted intake interviews, gathered supporting documentation, reviewed applications for completeness and eligibility, and maintained accurate client records and detailed case documentation.

I also built strong remote support skills as a Remote Customer Service Representative with ADT, assisting customers nationwide with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, and technical support issues.
