What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a stable, long-term remote role with meaningful work, clear goals, a collaborative team, and sustainable work-life balance. I want to solve operational problems, take responsibility, and help a U.S. or international organization succeed.

I've built and led a service-based company from the ground up to more than $10.2 million in annual gross revenue, managing 30+ employees and hundreds of subcontractors.

Across more than 15 years as a business operator and former CEO, I've developed systems and workflows, overseen finances, managed clients and vendors, and brought structure to complex operational challenges. I'm the person who figures out how to make things work through practical execution, sound judgment, and accountable leadership.

I'm now bringing that ownership mindset to a stable, long-term remote role where I can solve problems, support a collaborative team, and help an organization operate more successfully.
