What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven Human Resources professional with 15+ years of progressive experience across HR consultancy, HR management, and industrial relations. I build HR systems from the ground up—designing frameworks, policies, and procedures that stand up to real operational demands and meet Zimbabwean Labour Law and ILO standards.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end HR consultancy engagements for multiple client organisations, advising on HR structures, governance, and legal compliance. I also drive recruitment processes, manage disciplinary and grievance support, run training needs analysis, and benchmark compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
Previously, as a Human Resources Manager, I managed full-cycle recruitment for a 100+ employee workforce, administered payroll systems, and chaired Works Council Meetings to strengthen industrial relations. I’ve also resolved longstanding management-employee conflicts, represented the company in Ministry of Labour dispute resolution and collective bargaining, and operationalized fair disciplinary processes while championing an HIV/AIDS workplace awareness programme.
