I'm looking for a remote HR role where I can manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and confidential employee records while supporting a distributed, cross-cultural workforce.

I've managed full employee lifecycles at Batanai HIV/AIDS Service Organisation, covering recruitment, onboarding, contracts, transfers, exits, HRIS records, payroll, and Labour Act compliance across a multi-site workforce.

I also founded an HR & Industrial Relations content platform, where I translate labour law into practical guidance, answer employee-rights questions, and support job seekers with CV optimisation and interview preparation.
