I’m looking to lead HR strategy end-to-end—policy, talent, performance, payroll systems, and board-ready compliance—supporting business growth with data-driven insights, strong leadership, and a culture of accountability.

I’m a strategic and innovative Human Resources Manager with 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including 5 years in senior leadership. I bring a track record of aligning HR strategies to organizational objectives while keeping executive stakeholders informed through clear HR performance, analytics, and board-level reporting.

In my current role, I oversee the management, development, and coordination of the Human Resources function and lead multi-disciplinary HR activities across corporate and construction environments. I report to the Director General/CEO and manage HR performance, staffing needs, and compliance standards, while leveraging HRMIS (SAP) and payroll capabilities to strengthen decision-making and operational consistency.

I’ve developed and implemented HR policies and SOPs to standardize practices and ensure compliance (including NSSA, ZIMRA, insurance, and medical aid). I also lead talent acquisition through recruitment and selection, run training and development plans, manage compensation and benefits, and improve performance management, employee relations, and wellness—ensuring disciplined, fair handling of contracts, grievances, and labor-law obligations.
