What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior HR leadership role where I can align HR strategy to business goals, lead payroll and talent processes, and strengthen employee relations—partnering with executives and developing people through training and education.

I’m a seasoned human resources practitioner and educator, operating at senior leadership level to drive HR and education initiatives that deliver results. I partner closely with C-suite executives and other managers, aligning HR strategy with business objectives while keeping operations organized, compliant, and people-focused.

In my roles as a Human Resources & Administration Manager and Human Resources Officer, I established and managed an HR function “from the ground up,” designing processes and systems that fit organizational goals. I also conducted comprehensive HR audits across four business units, resolved long-standing employer-employee conflicts to improve employee relations, and mentored HR interns—supporting their growth into successful careers.

As a Payroll Manager, I supervise and manage payroll operations end-to-end—delegating tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and handling complex payroll issues with financial integrity. I direct employee engagement and wellness initiatives, oversee onboarding and offboarding, maintain up-to-date employee records (including HR information systems such as Odoo), monitor performance management activities, and produce detailed reports to inform workforce planning and payroll trends.

I also bring education and training into my HR work: I lead in-house training programs, develop induction initiatives, and supervise dissertation work for students with a track record of strong academic outcomes. As an adjunct lecturer, I continue to combine practical HR leadership with teaching, mentoring, and counselling—so teams gain capability, confidence, and consistent performance.
