I've managed full-scope HR operations at Batanai HIV/AIDS Service Organisation, supporting a diverse, multi-site, donor-funded workforce from recruitment through exits.

I handle recruitment pipelines, onboarding, contracts, HRIS records, leave and overtime tracking, payroll administration, and monthly reporting. I've also drafted HR policies and supported audits and donor financial compliance reporting.
