I'm seeking an entry-level IT support, IT specialist, or help desk role where I can provide reliable user support while growing my skills in networking, cybersecurity, cloud technology, and systems administration.

I'm transitioning into IT support after building hands-on troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service experience at Sejong Parts Plant, Walgreens Pharmacy, and Amazon Fulfillment.

At Sejong Parts Plant, I operate technology-supported equipment, troubleshoot minor operational issues, maintain accurate documentation, and work with teammates to resolve problems. At Walgreens, I supported customers in a technology-driven environment while working with electronic records and confidential information.

I'm developing skills in Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, cybersecurity, Active Directory, and ticketing systems as I pursue an entry-level IT support role.
