What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated and compassionate professional transitioning into IT, with a strong background in customer service and pharmacy operations. I’m currently completing hands-on IT training with Per Scholas, building foundational knowledge in troubleshooting, operating systems, and networking.
I’m known for teamwork, patience, and attention to detail, and I bring that same reliability to technical work. In my training, I’m strengthening my ability to support users, handle issues methodically, and communicate clearly when problems arise.
In high-volume roles like Walgreens, I provided frontline technical and customer support while operating and troubleshooting digital systems such as point-of-sale (POS), prescription entry software, and photo kiosk technology. I also assisted customers with resolving technical and account-related issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
I’m hoping to apply my customer-first mindset and technical education to an entry level IT role. With coursework and certifications in progress—including CompTIA A+ and Google IT training—I’m ready to grow quickly, collaborate with a team, and deliver dependable support.
